1. Acceptance
By using the 52 Week Challenge application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
This app helps you set savings goals and track weekly or monthly deposits. It provides reminders and progress tracking. It is not a bank, financial advisor, or payment processor.
3. User accounts
You sign in through third-party identity providers (Google, Facebook) via AWS Cognito. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials on those platforms.
4. Data and privacy
We store your goals, deposit history, and preferences to provide the service. Data is synced between your device, Cloudflare KV cache, and D1 database. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Notifications
You may receive email and push notifications about savings reminders and milestones. You can manage notifications in the app.
6. Disclaimer
Savings projections are estimates only. Actual results depend on your behavior. We make no guarantee that you will reach any financial goal.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
